Last week we began posting sections of a seminar delivered by Dani Lemberger, titled ‘Improving Conditions in Life’. This seminar, held in Riga, Latvia, in August 2022, covers the vital subject of the Operating Conditions and their formulas. Dani demonstrates how correct application of this vital piece of Ron Hubbard’s Admin Tech, can enable everyone to reach power and prosperity.
Tami and Dani Lemberger visited Latvia to support the steadily expanding LifePower Center of Riga, brilliantly managed by the group’s leaders, Kaspars Cveigelis and Gatis Dreivins who are regular guests at Dror Center. LP Riga enjoys an ever-increasing number of public attending courses and receiving auditing. Tami and Dani gave talks and met many of the students and preclears who are eager to progress on Hubbard’s Route to Spiritual Freedom.
Most of the public at LP Riga are business owners, thus a major area of interest is Hubbard’s Administrative Technology of which Dani is an expert. The seminar is taken from the book Executive Freedom, written by Dani based on his vast experience as a manager and years of studying Hubbard’s Admin Tech.
In the seminar, Dani explains the structure of organizations, what are statistics, what are the Operating Conditions that Hubbard discovered, and then presents in detail the formula for each condition.
Today, we present Part Two of the seminar, in which Dani gives an overview of the operating conditions.
