A few months ago, Dror Center finally moved to its new home in the heart of Haifa’s downtown. In previous posts, we shared with you the purchase of the new premises and some photos of the extensive renovations.
Today, we invite you to join us on a video tour of Dror Center, presenting our reception area, the cafeteria, admin offices, but most important – Dror’s academy and our auditors in their auditing rooms.
Our staff and the public are delighted with the new space and production is continuing to expand steadily.
To make sure we’re doing fine, and per policy, we pulled up Ron’s LRH ED 102 of 20 May 1970, THE IDEAL ORG (later re-published as HCOPL 12 March 1975, also designated Data Series 40).
Here are the key points from that issue. Next to each requirement stated by Ron, we have added Dror’s relevant data. The link to the video tour is given below.

Data Series 40
THE IDEAL ORG
Ron: The ideal org would be an activity where people came to achieve freedom and where they had confidence they would attain it.
Dror: No doubt about this one. Dror caters to public arriving from around the globe. Dror delivers Ron’s entire Bridge to perfection with enthusiastic success stories from all its public.
Ron: It would have enough space in which to train, process and administrate without crowding.
Dror: Definitely a pass, sir! Dror has an academy of 120 square meters with three fully-trained supervisors. Each week, 30-40 students train to become auditors. Dror has six auditors and nine well-equipped auditing rooms. The three extra auditing rooms are for solo auditors and for student co-audit.
Ron: It would be located where the public could identify and find it.
Dror: Dror is now located in Haifa’s busiest transportation hub, easily reached by the public arriving from Israel and abroad.
Ron: It would be busy looking, with staff in motion, not standing about.
Dror: With over 100 students and preclears serviced each month, Dror’s staff members are straining to catch their breath.
Ron: It would be clean and attractive enough not to repel its public.
Dror: Our public loves the place. It’s always clean and tidy. The cafeteria is well-equipped with free drinks for all and a comfortable dining area. There are beautiful pictures on the walls and plenty of green plants and flowers.
Ron: The org board would be up‑to‑date and where the public could see who and what was where and which the staff would use for routing and action.
Dror: Oops. There’s no org board hanging but all public are handled accurately and they know who is the terminal taking care of them.
Ron: Auditors would be auditing in Div IV HGC and Qual would be rather empty.
Dror: Oh, yes! Dror’s six highly-trained auditors are very busy, auditing seven days a week. Auditors are C/S’ed and instructed standardly resulting in rare qual cycles.
Ron: Supervisors would be training students interestedly and 2‑way comming all slows.
Dror: Happening daily. Dror’s academy is training 30-40 auditors weekly, many of them solo auditors preparing for their OT Levels. All are moving rapidly on their checksheets thanks to their attentive supervisors.
Ron: The staff would be well‑paid because they were productive.
Dror: Remember moonlighting? And org staff panicky because they must hold a ‘wog’ job (in addition to being on staff) to make ends meet? Not at Dror! Moonlighting is forbidden but no need for it, as all staff are well-paid, each enjoying a comfortable standard-of-living due to high productivity and a public eager to purchase the next service.
Ron: The Public Divisions would be buzzing with effective action and new people and furnishing a torrent of new names to CF.
Dror: Maybe not quite a ‘torrent’, but lots of new public arriving mainly based on excellent word-of-mouth, the fantastic marketing activities of our partner Don Schaul and the steadily expanding LifePower Library.
Ron: The pcs would be getting full grades to ability attained for each, not 8 minutes from 0 to IV, but more like 30 processes. And they would be leaving with high praises.
Dror delivers the entire Bridge 100% standard per LRH. Preclears are completing their grades to full End Phenomena and continuing to the next Grade or OT Level.
Ron: The students would be graduating all on fire to audit.
Dror: Absolutely. The academy is buzzing with co-audits and solo auditors eager to move on to their OT Levels.
Ron: One could look at this ideal org and know that this was the place a new civilization was being established for this planet.
Dror: Sure thing. New people arriving admire the place and gush with praise over Dror’s unique contribution to creating a better world.
Ron: And the PR Area Control would be such that no one would dream of threatening it.
Dror: Ha! The only threat Dror ever received was from Miscavige’s operation (AKA ‘The Church of Scientology’). This attack was decisively handled in the Tel Aviv District Court in 2017. Dror has never heard of them since.
Ron: Such an ideal org would be built by taking what one has and step by step building and smoothing, grooving in and handling each of its functions, with each of its divisions doing more and more of its full job better and better.
Dror was founded by Tami and Dani Lemberger in 1992. Over thirty years it has enjoyed smooth expansion and a well-balanced organization handling efficiently all key functions based on Ron’s Admin Tech, succinctly presented in Dani’s book, Executive Freedom.
Ron: The ideal org is the image one builds toward. It is the product of the causative actions of many. Anything which is short of an ideal org is an outpoint that can be put right. The end product is not just an ideal org but a new civilization already on its way.
Dror: DONE, SIR!

Hello Guys,
What a wonderful place! It reminds me a lot of San Francisco in 1978 – I have fond memories of that place and your guided tour brought it all back. Well done for creating such a theta space for everyone. Mazel tov!

Our love to Dora and you, Tami
Hey guys!
I’m so happy about your new center, it looks amazing, great job!
I’ve been in two ideal orgs here in Canada, they are huge and beautiful and cost a lot of money – but they are empty, and almost nobody goes there.
So it was very nice to see how full your center is and see how many people there could progress on the bridge.
I wish you guys the absolute best and hope you reach out to many many more people and help this planet to be less abberative.
Thank you David!
