LifePower’s Latest and Greatest

Again, it’s been a few months since our last newsletter went out.

And again, it’s not for lack of events to share with you. Rather, we’ve been so busy making the news, that we’ve had little time to boast about them.

Our main attention over the last few months has been on the latest release in the LifePower Library: The E-Meter Operator’s Handbook.

This book signals a major leap forward in the expansion of LifePower and making Ron Hubbard’s Technology available to all. This book – and the courses that teach it – now make it possible for all LifePower Coaches to rapidly and smoothly become auditors who can deliver Hubbard’s magnificent Route to Spiritual Freedom. Bringing multitudes of people to the State of Clear and to Operating Thetan is now greatly facilitated.

The E-Meter Operator’s Handbook has been written by our veteran auditor, Dima Dubinin, together with Dani Lemberger. It has been reviewed thoroughly and perfected by our senior Tech team – Tami Lemberger, Aviv Bershadsky and Moti Weizman. It provides all the theory and practice necessary to understand how the E-Meter works and why this device is required for attaining the State of Clear. Further, the book includes all the Meter Drills developed by Hubbard to train one in the use of the meter.

For clarity and ease of study, the handbook is divided into three sections:

• Section A: The Mind and the E-Meter: The three parts that constitute a living being; the Reactive Mind and the traumatic incidents residing in it; how the E-Meter detects mental charge and enables clearing.
• Section B: E-Meter Essentials: The precise mechanics of the E-Meter and its construction; what are its key components and how they relate to Clearing.
• Section C: Working With the E-Meter: Hubbard, the great genius, not only constantly developed advanced models of E-Meters, presented in the handbook, but he also developed a series of drills that make one a perfect and confident meter operator. The entire series of E-Meter Drills is included in the book for easy practice.

Upon printing the first edition of the book in February 2025, Dani Lemberger recorded a brief talk in which he described the LifePower Library and what prompted him to write these books. Then, in more detail, Dani talks about The E-Meter’s Operator’s Handbook and its use in attaining the State of Clear.

Since February 2025, the book has been translated into two languages – Hebrew and Latvian – and after more scrutiny and research, a second edition was published. Further, booklets have been prepared to facilitate study and drilling in the academy.

Recently, we sent copies of the book to Trey Lotz of Los Angeles, a veteran Class 8 auditor and one of the world’s leading auditors. Trey wrote back:
