You have not heard from us in quite a while. It’s not that we do not have great news to share with you. On the contrary, there is so much bustling activity at Dror and in our LifePower Centers, that we lack the time to record, to write, and to post.
However … On Saturday, 24.08.2024, Max Hauri, the Chief Executive Officer of Ron’s Org, Grenchen, Switzerland, sent a lengthy email to his contacts, probably hundreds or thousands of recipients. In his email, Max makes a startling statement to which Dani Lemberger, Dror’s Managing Partner, found it crucial to respond.
The following day, on Sunday, 25.08.2024, Dani recorded a talk giving his viewpoint on Max’s statement. It took us a few more days to edit, transcribe subtitles, and prepare for posting. Hello, I read with interest your letter concerning the Hauri family and their Ron’s Org. After more than 5 years spent on their lines, especially in France, I was able to observe the ethical out of the staff and of Max, Erica and Mélinda Hauri. The so-called “OTs” are all under a kind of collective hypnosis which makes them believe that they have reached high spiritual levels, while external indicators show that they are on the contrary degraded, even more out-ethical and the opposite of what a Clair, an OT, liberated is supposed to be. With my family, we left in 2021, the Ron’s Org of Saint-Gilles in France whose crooks who opened it are Henri and Anne-Marie Mérat, with the authorization of the Hauri who supervised them and supervised their PCs and their students. We left after seeing that ethics were not at all in place, even non-existent and that these Mérats had opened this Ron’s Org to enrich themselves and not to help. Despite our indications, our handling, the PCs and students having made reports to Max, Mélinda and Érica Hauri, who did nothing of course, since their credo is to protect the false Scientologists and to enrich themselves on their backs. I specify in passing, that the Ron’s Org of Grenchen takes 40% on each auditing session of the auditors who are part of their fraudulent organization. We left especially when one of our friends died suddenly following his auditing sessions with Anne-Marie Mérats, so-called “auditor class V, C/S, OT 16”, who had become so unethical, that she had become senile and a real danger for the PCs. As for her husband, a course supervisor, OT 16, he assaulted students in class, and watched porn videos during study sessions. 2 other PCs and students almost lost their lives because of Anne-Marie Mérat and her criminal hearing sessions and others were seriously damaged physically and psychologically, not to mention the dozen PCs and students who left this Ron’s Org, communication and ethics being impossible to establish with these crooks. Moreover, at the Ron’s Org in Grenchen, several people left because of the out-ethics of the management of Max and Erica Hauri and their manipulative daughter, Mélinda Hauri. None of the reports allowed investigations to be carried out in order to know the reality of the facts and to handle the situations ethically. On the contrary, the Hauris authorized a couple of homosexual men to open a Ron’s Org in the Paris region in France. An insult to Ron Hubbard and the second dynamic man-woman, procreator of biological family and guarantor of the survival of humanity. A shame for non-Wokist Scientology. For me, from what I have observed and experienced, Max and Erica Hauri with the complicity of their daughter Melinda Hauri, so-called OT 48, auditor class 12 and C/S, I say she is a manipulator, have inserted into Ron’s tech, hypnotic commandments in the auditing sessions, but also in their course packs. Because seeing good people, conscious and who have left the corrupt Church of Scientology of David Miscavige, to find themselves in states of hypnosis which make them believe that they are OT, even though the Bridge to OT 48 is only a hoax, is painful for them. I was able to get through it as soon as I perceived the hypnotic commands and injunctions in the Ron’s Org tech. Max, Erica and Melinda Hauri are criminals and thieves. For the mental health of all staff, PCs and students, they should be banned from practicing and denounced in public. You did well to alert with your message and I support you against these falsifiers of the real Ron Hubbard tech.

I am deeply shocked by what you write and regret that I cannot say much about this. I think that you and I have never met and we have never spoken about these matters.
What you write is severe beyond anything I have ever witnessed at the Ron’s Org.
My video about Max’s email refers just to one point. My wife and I have had an upset with the Hauris but nothing as bad as what you are saying. I have no personal knowledge of the matters you describe.
I regret deeply that you and your friends have experienced such suffering.

I am OT48 from Ron’s ORG Grenchen. I went through this Bridge with difficulties, still after finishing it. For solving these problems, I decided to redo the Bridge, I am now on OT4 and find mostly all reasons why it was so unstable. Getting aware, wise and stable using Scientology is not an easy walk with hands in the pockets ! I do not regret any passed misstakes because they were on my way to teach me something I had to.
Like Dany said below, I do not crossed these statments you listed during all these years with the Ron’s Org, Max, Erica and Melinda. They help for free more than they ask for money. All the topic of dramatisation you talk about comes from Implants. Solve that and you touch a peace of truth and all this vanishes.
Max and Erica never signed to save all people that turned bad. I supose it is a decision because 1) of staff limitation: imagine spending hours for people that don’t want take responsability of their case and point on Erica as its fault. RO can close because energy lost. 2) because this is a free network: you can be homosexual and deliver perfectly Scientology. If one RO get bad, it is not there responsability. If not so, for a big problem in one RO, the all network would crash. 3) because you are both (C/S+Auditor and the PC) responsible, and if one refuse it, the other can’t help anymore.
Case can be very complicate, like mine. I had to participate intensivly to get out of some heavy falls on my time track. I used the Tech from RO and with the knowledge of Erica, we both could crack very difficult stuff, things like you explained for exemple. This practical success alone says 1) the used Tech is ok, I don’t care about the dates. 2) my experience told me you can’t solve a crasy case without the PC take full responsability of what is in front to face. Dramatisation, no responsabity and destruction of the avalaible hands that can help come from bank, Implants and more. 3) Truth is that all the Bridge (OT levels, all courses) gives all the tools to unlock everything. Use it or leave the game without crying. Success is a question of wisdom on how to use them, and this depends on so many parameters… Any faillure and pain are a suggestion to succomb or grow and win, depending on what you choose to do with it, with the tools, with the available help. This is an intelligence test !
Last point: We live in a more and more intense world where oppression tests us all. Will survive those who can stand on truth. I realy suggest we focus on any Tech or peace of Tech that works, on proven Tech that brings any being able to face more and reach his truth efficiently. Please, lets unfocus form other noisy stuff. Lets help eachother with suggestions (staying beside) and not critics (staying in front of). We need all positiv forces pulling the same direction, noone is perfect, no C/S, me neither. Humility should increase with KRC. Together we win.
What I like to see is: sharing discoveries, more working data in the hands of people, complete data investigations, getting the right importance of things, keeping Tech working, loving eachother, facing anything wisely and collectivly… only so will increase the big Game in quality.

The key subject here for Research is called PHILLOLOGY. This subject allows researchers to analyse printed texts to determine if the text belongs to the purported author or if the text belongs to a different author, or how many authors participated in a text. In other words, with a philological analysis of LRH’s printed material or taped lectures, one can find if it is the same being that gave the materials or if it were different authors. Now, with the help of Artificial Intelligence this philological analysis is easier.
Please, don’t come to strong conclusions until a philological analysis is done on LRH’s materials. This is a valid tool that will shed light on the already researched areas, like the “I WAS THERE” research line, and the “LRH DISSAPEARED IN 1972” research line.

This situations only validate what researchers like Geoffrey Filbert and the MacClaughrys have said, that the Intell Agencies in the USA have forced Hubbard to sabotage his tech in the later years. That is also a valid research hypothesis.
Even Captain Bill Robertson said that the tech up to the 80s should be considered safe, but after the early 80s, should be considered suspicious.
One example of Philology clarifying the authors of a text is provided in The Bible of Christianity.
Phillologists have been able to identify what is the original text of the Bible and what “insertions” have been added and at what aproximate date.
Phillology is a very valuable tool that help researchers on this topic, that so far is causing a long fall blowdown of Tone Arm.

It is known that LRH books are made from the manuscripts provided by LRH. So a philological project would consist on verifying how many materials do have an LRH manuscript that would prove its authenticity.

My purpose in life is to help people with Hubbard’s Tech. I believe that with this applied philosophy, we can make people more able, much happier, and even create a better world.

Yes. The problem is that the originals are in the Church, and under Miscavige, the materials probably won’t be provided, if they exist.
I am Elkin Posada. I have been around LRH´s Tech since 1976. I do know a couple of stories, first hand, from people who WORKED with LRH way after 1973… one of them who was killed in an attack to LRH in the early 50’s… he gave his life to save LRH. A couple of other people who just worked with LRH. We used to sit down and talk for hours about LRH’s standards and work ethic… they were my employees in California, so no problem about wasting time… there is no price for the enjoyment of hearing about LRH’s life.
The purpose of this introduction is for the reader to know that I have been around LRH’s Tech, however, I want to make sure that my intention is not to reinforce what Dani says… HE DOES NOT NEED any help in showing the truth, that is for sure!
Notwithstanding the above, I am going to assume a role of someone who knows nothing about the subject on hand. I then look at Max’s weak presentation of what he calls “facts”, on one hand; and the other hand, Dani’s strong, powerful, well documented AND THETA refutal. A lot of adjectives I could use here, but I will use just a few: This is sad, and horrifying when thinking about the way LRH’s Tech gets used for other purposes. In closing, and now using terminology of someone who knows what he is talking about, if this is not suppression, then I don’t know what a suppressive act is.
One important thing here. Max is saying a fact when he mentions that we have taped lectures up to the year 1972. The other lectures we don’t have in order to verify the voice of Hubbard.
From that and other printed materials, Max draws conclusions and opinions. But he is presenting facts in regards to the first paragraph above relating to the materials.
Pertinent here is the procedure to defeat verbal tech: If you don’t understand something, word clear the material. If it doesn’t clears, check the original. If not clear, then query it. Was it altered from the original?
The problem here is that we don’t have the originals. They are in posssession of the Church and they under Miscavige probably won’t provide the originals for verification.

Regarding Max’s statement about the legitimacy of Ron’s materials after 1972, I will answer with the 38th axiom: “2: Truth is the exact time, place, form and event. Thus we see that failure to discover Truth brings about stupidity.”
It is a great pity that in such difficult times, division and confusion are being brought in…
In this regard, LRH says (and is a basic Scientology principle) that confussion “explodes” or increases when order is being introduced. We must consider how much of this confussion here is the result of introducing order in the materials, as compared with basic principles. One collaborator of LRH tech was Geoffrey Filbert, and he has said that intell agencies had forced Hubbard in the later years, to sabotage the tech.
LRH himself was putting order when he, in the late 70s, began to indicate what materials were written by him and which were made by others.
Thankyou Dani – for contesting Max’s false assertion that LRH tech released after 1972 is invalid. Max needs to review his Briefing Course materials and find his misunderstoods and false data on the subject. LRH confirmed in 1965 that running any process at all beyond release thrust the pc back into the unlimited morass of the R6 bank. He later summed this discovery up in HCOB Release Goofs and the entire lower Bridge was redesigned and streamlined around the purpose of destimulating a case in preparation for running a Clearing process. He made it clear – before 1972 – that when the TA is run out of communication processes and a Communication release has been achieved, it is suppressive to run more communication processes on that pc and wreck that release. And when it comes to a Clearing process, there is none better than R3RA which was released in 1978.
The Church had departed from basic principles years ago when they decided to run objectives by the hour and ignore releases if they happened too quickly. Now Max is going the same route. Valid, tech is being discarded because of some vague conspiracy theory that has nothing to do with its workability. Max should just try some R3RA and FPRD on pc’s and see how easily they produce life-changing wins for people.
Steve, Max has actualy put in practice R3R (Standard Dianetics) and R3RA (New Era Dianetics) and has seen the results.
Steve, have you put R3R and R3RA to the test of results? (Time Place, Form and Event please).
Apparently this has to do again with quickening Grades and processes, which was the reason for LRH to write “Keeping Scientology Working”.
I am starting to see some of the implications of what Max is asserting here. I should have been more specific in my earlier comments.
Max says:
“On the Class VIII Course, Ron explicitly says Recall Processes are unlimited. And they are indeed unlimited.”
This is undeniably false.
Class VIII Lecture #6 Mechanics of Techniques and Subject Matter says:
“So the one unlimited process there is, is engram running or secondary running. Totally unlimited.“ (not Recall Processes)
Max says:
“Attesting to a grade does not mean there is nothing left to audit.”
In the Cl VIII lectures LRH goes into detail about the frailties of recall processes. He said in the lecture above and others, after you have run recalls and keyed out bumbershoots, you are wasting your time if you don’t go forward and audit out the bumbershoot engrams. If you don’t the pc will be complaining about bumbershoots again soon.
Releases are temporary. Recall processes and any process designed to key out locks are used on on the lower Bridge to prepare a pc for a Clearing process. Regardless of the Grades sales pitches, if you release someone on anything at all, in six days, six weeks or six lifetimes he will be keyed in again with no benefits remaining. Total waste of time if you don’t move up to Clearing.
Max says:
“To audit extensively, even on the risk to overrun is not dangerous.”
LRH definitely didn’t agree. In HCOPL 12 Jul 65 he said this about every pc who had ever been audited in the history of Scientology:
NO PC WHO HAS BEEN AUDITED BEFORE MAY BE ACCEPTED FOR PROCESSING (LOWER GRADE OR POWER) WHO HAS NOT BEEN CHECKED OUT FOR FORMER RELEASE.
And in HCOB 2 Aug 65 Release Goofs he said over-running releases had held back Scientology for 15 years, that it is suppressive and there was no excuse for it.
In lecture 27 Jul 65 – Stages of Release, one of the many BC lectures on releasing processes, Ron says:
“Now, the thing which we didn’t know, …, is that you cannot and must not run a process beyond a free needle. You just must not! And that rule extends right straight on up to Clear. It goes all the way through. Don’t you run something which has already went.”
In the same lecture he says:
“And the first level off of it is, “Is there a room?” you know? Where am I? You know, that kind of thing. Just a recognition of the environment. So if you just ask somebody to look around and spot where he was, you have more or less gotten rid of the Objective Processes.
Now, if the individual was asked to look around to find out where he was and that needle at that moment floated, you’ve had it! As the auditor you’ve had it right then! You can’t run any CCHs. That’s it. All Objective Processes are now ffftt! Gone! You follow? That whole class of processes is now null and void. Now, it isn’t that it isn’t nice to run them. It’s that you’ll practically kill the guy if you run them! Do you understand? Because you’re cleaning a clean.”
In the late 70’s and early 80’s it was discovered that literally thousands of pc’s had gone Clear on the roughest sort of Dianetic auditing by auditors who didn’t have meters or any clue about TR’s.
In the 80’s we were thoroughly preparing pc’s with 200 to 300 hours of skilled processing on objectives, drugs and Grades before we would run Dianetics. Dramatically more auditing than those Dianetic Clears received in the early 50’s. After that preparation pc’s go Clear on NED in a few intensives. I think that was a lot more preparation than most people actually needed. But Max wants to go on auditing them ad infinitum. An absolute waste of pc time and money.
Max says:
“I’ve been trying to write about the grades – what is the minimum number of processes needed, what is too little, and what is too much? However, I realize now that this approach is wrong. “
Yes Max’s approach is wrong. Ron already wrote up very clearly how to identify when a pc has been released on a Grade based on Tone Arm action, needle, pc indicators and rehab tech. It’s not about the number of processes and Max is not qualified to write anything that contradicts LRH advices on releases or grades.
I’ll throw in an educated guess here. I suspect Max’s failure to check Grades processes for a read is cleaning cleans and running up the TA on pc’s and making it difficult to determine when they have gone release. And given his attitude to over-run, I am wondering if any of his pc’s actually do fully achieve Grade releases. This could explain why identifying a Grade release is such a problem for him.
Max doesn’t understand what Ron is trying to do with the grades even though all that information is provided aplenty before LRH’s alleged kidnapping. Now he wants us to discard amazing rundowns like End of Endless Int, FPRD, Modern Prepchecking, New Era Dianetics, etc. He also wants to invalidate all the Dianetic Clears that have ever been made. Just like the Church we used to love.
Max is a false prophet and you would be ill-advised to take technical advice from him.
Steve, Max is right, “Recall Processes are unlimited” and the Tech Dictionary definition of Recall Process is:
“Recall Process, processes which deal with the pc remembering things taht happened in his past. (HCOB 30 Sept. 71 V)”.
In other words, engram and secondary running ARE Recall Processes, and they are “unlimited” as the Clas VIII tapes indicate.
Please clear the word Recall Process.
LOL. I was wrong. Someone does deny it! Unfortunately there is little chance of a sensible conversation about it with someone who doesn’t know the difference between engram running and a recall process.
Steve, the subject of Grades and Clearing is not as simple. LRH had to write Keeping Scientology Working because auditors had quickied the Grades, and LRH had to over react by demanding that all processes for the Grades be used. So… quickiing the grades is much much worse than overruning them. An overrun can be repaired, but a quickening of the Grades destroys Scientology.
This is hilarious. LRH says overrunning processes is suppressive and you shouldn’t do it. Max says don’t worry about it. Cuitlahuac here, with an uncanny instinct for Scientology technical detail is sure Max is right. He is brilliant!
Steve, if you don’t know what a “Recall Process” is, then that indicates you are not a technical person. How do you give advices here then?
Cuitlahuac, methinks the overt doth speak loudly in protestation. You clearly haven’t done even the most rudimentary auditor training or you wouldn’t have to look in the tech dictionary to find out what a recall process was. But the fact that you did so and found a partial definition of recall process and came to a totally humorous and incorrect conclusion about engram running speaks volumes about your Scientology experience.

THINGS THAT SHOULDN’T BE REPORT
I am the administrator of the Free Scientology Sea Org Facebook group and I have noticed that Angelina Vital has been posting in my Facebook groups as “Operating Thetan” discrediting the Hauries. I asked Angelina Vital (in my Facebook groups) to provide L. Ronald Hubbard standard tech Knowledge Reports on what she is saying, providing Time, Place, Form and Event on the reports and she refused to do that. At that moment I considered (from the point of view of my Free Scientology Sea Org group) that Angelina Vital, alias Operating Thetan, should be the one investigated (per LRH policy on HCO) because she is criticizing senior terminals without providing the evidence of her accusations (namely the KRs with Time, Place, Form and Event).
