Hubbard’s applied philosophy provides powerful tools for each life situation. A major area of interest is communication, since every life activity is based on good comm between the people involved in it. Further, Hubbard gave us tools both for parenting and for enhancing our relations with our spouse. Today, we bring the story of how Shay and Gili Rozental have benefited from the Technology to improve their family life.
Most of our readers are already familiar with Shay Rozental. He is the head of a leading real estate agency in Haifa who began his journey with Hubbard’s philosophy at Dror Center 20 years ago. Gili and Shay have been married for 10 years. Gili helps in the family business and raises their two terrific kids – Lavi, 7 years old and Orr, 4 years old. Gili was introduced to Dror Center by Shay when they first got together over ten years ago.
With the strain of managing a business together and raising kids, the road sometimes got bumpy. The Rozentals knew that with the correct program at Dror, things can be straightened out. They sought the help of senior auditor and family counsellor Carmela Weizman.
After an initial evaluation, Carmela prepared a program of training and auditing tailored to the Rozental family’s needs. Since family life and raising kids demand a high level of confront and superlative communication skills, this program led them through the Effective Communication Course, based on the LifePower book, The Complete Communication Manual. Carmela personally guided them through the course to ensure focus on their family issues and proper handling of any difficulty that comes up. And sure enough, the fruits of Gili and Shay’s perseverance and integrity soon became apparent.
